Marie was previously a headteacher of an outstanding primary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) provision, and worked in the education sector for 20 years. Marie’s work was recognised by the government and sparked media interest leading to two BBC TV documentaries and a best selling book.

Marie went from primary school teacher to the UK’s leading behaviour expert, and continues to support adults who are supporting children and young people, to receive the expertise required to feel capable and confident in managing children’s behaviours.

Marie also supports individuals to grow and expand personally and professionally by sharing her knowledge and expertise in how to align thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Marie has received an OBE for her services which have a 95-100% success rate.

Now, after 20+ years of experience, Marie wants to share her knowledge and expertise with others so that they too can achieve what she has both personally and professionally, and much more.
